High hour Yanmar engine as they ran the engine to operate the air conditioning system.  We're allowing $20,000 for this, which is reflected in the price reduction to $179,000.  To be sure, you do not need to replace the current engine.  It's working like a champ and has just been serviced.  I would not hesitate to take off in this boat with this engine... but we realize this could be a sticking point for some.  The boat just surveyed for $195,000.  That survey is available upon request and you can use it for insurance or other purposes.  

The Atlantic Towers Arch has just been installed, as well as the solar array.  And the dingy davits arms are in place.  We left plenty of clearance to be able to access the sugar scoop, even with the dinghy attached.
