Vessel is on the hill in Pensacola for annual bottom job.  Jan 10-Feb 5th 2022.

Will be headed back to Panama City and Port St. Joe in Feb.  Coming off market for 6 months and heading to the Bahamas in March if not under contract.

Miss Mimi FKA Hattarascal

This vessel is ready to go.  Literally, top her off, move the sat radio and weather subscription over to your account, load the bait, beer, Coppertone, and bikinis, then roll out.

The engines are one of the best, if not the best, high horsepower platforms Cat has ever made!  3412C models producing 1400 horsepower each.  No salt water in the inner coolers!  2800 ponies reaffirms that Hatteras specifically designed this hull to deliver top notch handling while at a high-speed cruise in multiple sea states to the target area!  Engine statics are displayed on dedicated Simrad IS42s, and can be overlaid or dedicated on the large screens as well.  Steam gauge style monitoring is also fully functional in the engine room.  Single handed controls in the tower, and palm beach style on the bridge make managing landing a big one pretty simple for even the novice captains!  Ready to go?  Quick glance at the gauges, make sure the drinks are secured, tray tables put away, advance throttles to ahead, press sync, then advance port throttle (synced) to 1400RPM, count to three, then right to 1850-1910 and watch your buddies try to act like they were ready for it!  Driving from the Tower, no problem.  Just get used to the Simrad QuickStick!  Control the autopilot, make changes, auto center the rudder, all from a single stick.  No wheel, fluids, lines to leak up there!  All electronic on the NMEA2K bus!  A separate N2K bus, with its own power bus, runs the throttles.

Miss Mimi recently had all electronics replaced to include all helm electronics and electronic controls.  The helm features the new Simrad EVO3S 19” units in a side-by-side configuration.  These are separate EVO3s units, not two monitors hooked to a single point of failure like some other installs.  Each operate separate if needed in a failure situation.  Dual Radios, one with AIS Receive, and the other with Ais transmit.  Hardline cable was used to the tower to minimize line loss, distance capability is amazing on the VHFs.  Dual IS42 displays for dedicated engine monitoring capability.  Additionally, there is a EVO3 installed on the cockpit deck that is also paired to the saloon TV.  There is also a remote mounted control in the salon to control the EVO3 that dual displays on the TV!  No more going up to the bridge or yelling to the captain to see how much further!  Just look at the TV, and your ETA is displayed.  Want to check the dept in real time as you approach an area that looks too shallow?  Swipe over to the forward scan sonar option and see if you are going to polish the props before polishing the props!  Once you get anchored up in the shallow anchorage, one more swipe gets over to the XM radio, or Bluetooth connection to a cell phone!

Miss Mimi is one of the only boats on the market older than 5 years that will absolutely blow away most other vessels when it comes to nighttime lighting!  Control the lighting package from any one of the Simrad Heads, your phone, ipad, or even over the internet.

Additionally, this vessel boasts a Siren Marine cellular based monitoring system!  You or your Captain will be notified if you lose shore power, the bilge pump is running more than X times per hour.  High water alarm, or port, stb, or generator battery banks goes below a preset voltage.

Interior has a well-appointed galley and salon with a L-shaped sofa.  The TV was upgraded in 2020.  The two main staterooms are well laid out and have ample room for a long weekend stay!  The crews quarters are perfect for, well either crew, or kids through their college years!
